M/S Various shots of athletes preparing for a race (presumably the 100 metre sprint). One athlete jogs on the spot, whilst we see another dressing down to his shorts and T-shirt. Various officials can also be seen preparing the track for the race.
M/S The athletes walk forward to the the starting line (their shirts are numbered) and get on their marks An official stands in the background he raises the starting pistol. A puff of smoke as the pistol is fired signals the start of the race. The athletes all spring into action.
