About Us
Hey Y’all! We are Sam and Tyler.
Like every good love story in this modern generation, Tyler and Sam met on a dating app called Bumble.
Tyler and Sam quickly realized their complimentary interests and life-long goals over tacos and coffee. After 6 months of dating, the COVID-19 Pandemic hit and they looked for a creative outlet because restaurants, stores, and many campgrounds were closed. The couple started an Instagram called Travel With The One You Love and then later the blog and Tik Tok to channel their time and energy.
With Tyler’s background as an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America and Samantha’s background with Photography from running her side hustle (Photography With The One You Love), the couple started documenting their local hiking adventures around the USA. The purpose of our blog is to inspire others to explore the beautiful world safely. Samantha aspires to teach others about photography, while Tyler aspires to help others understand the importance of LNT, Camping & Hiking Safety, and other Boy Scouting Philosophies.
