Superior Durability
ULTIMAAX® is tested in severe lab and proving ground conditions. The first generation has been in production since 2010 with over 5,500 units in service. Its components are designed for extreme terrain and grueling conditions. The triangular saddle geometry provides structure and durability. Fabricated frame hangers provide flexibility and structural rigidity.
Exceptional Performance
Shear springs carry a majority of the load in the unloaded condition. The stiffness of the progressive load spring increases as the load increases. Provides the ideal balance of unloaded ride quality and loaded stability.
Best-In-Class Mobility
The equalizing beam distributes the load equally between axles for improved traction, stability, handling, and ride. Provides up to 17.5 inches of diagonal articulation.
Low Cost of Ownership
ULTIMAAX®’s components are designed for maximum weight savings and additional payload. Reduced road shock and vibration to the vehicle results in a longer service life for the cab, chassis, and body equipment.
