Seoul city is integrating AI into its CCTV systems to improve safety along the Han River.
The technology will help rescue teams respond to suicide attempts and accidents.
This is one of the many upgrades planned for Seoul in the second half of the year.
Others include a new emergency center at Seoul Medical Center in the center of the city, as well as support centers for startups and young people.
The changes will be detailed Wednesday on the city government's website.
