This took way more attempts than it should have, Despotic Arsene has lower attack than even zanza 2/3 but I didn't feel like going to grind max defense gear. Anyway I tried a 55% block rate strat and of course, I never got any blocks. Don't use Agni, use Saga, and be very smart when Arsene decides to use Awakening more than once, thats the reason this took so long. 3/7 done for Arsene, I have already done Reyn and Dunban, so Sharla is next.
