Genetic testing is increasingly used as a means to guide treatment across several cancer types, and particularly ovarian cancer, where inherited mutation in the BRCA1 or BRCA2 genes is an established risk factor. We begin this next session on gynecologic cancers with Dr Sarah Paraghamian from Tufts Medicine, who will discuss the use of genetic testing in ovarian cancer patients with early and recurrent disease.
