Rebecca Harris, Health and Wellbeing Adviser and Wellbeing Champion Representative for Reed Wellbeing, explored stress management processes to help you and your team cope, and manage, in the ever-changing situation we currently find ourselves in.

Rebecca has over 6 years’ experience designing and delivering wellbeing workshops for both private and public sector organisations. She has a special interest in workplace wellbeing and supports this with a workplace health and wellbeing level 7. Rebecca has worked with many organisations and individuals to deliver tailored wellbeing improvement strategies.
