Creamy chicken Alfredo stuffed shells
Ingredients
1 1/2-2 pounds of boneless chicken breast
One egg
2 cups of half and half (can substitute for heavy cream)
4-5 cloves of garlic
2 cups of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of Parmesan cheese( 3/4 cups for Alfredo sauce) 1/4 for chicken mixture)
3 cups of Spinach
4 ounces Cream cheese
16 ounces Cottage cheese (1 container) (2 cups)
Shells
3 tablespoons butter
Oil
Salt and pepper
Optional seasoning for your chicken breast (paprika ,onion powder,Lawrys seasoning salt, salt , pepper, parsley
NOTE**THATS JUST WHAT I USE TO SEASON MY CHICKEN IF YOU HAVE A PREFERENCE SEASON DEFINITELY USE WHAT YOU LIKE ! You can even substitutes bonesless chicken breast for boneless chicken thigh .
