HOW TO INCREASE SHORTHAND SPEED - PART 1 | SSC Stenographer 2019 Skill Test | Steno With Raj

Dear Aspirants,
SSC Stenographer 2019 Skill Test is scheduled to be held on 21.10.2021 and 22.10.2021. With roughlyv75 days left for the exam, its time to gear up our preparation.
This is the first video of the dedicated series for the upcoming ssc stenographer skill test wherein I have talked about the Beginners, i.e., those who have just completed their basic Pitman Shorthand Book and are targeting for selection.

Step 1: Procure Kailash Chandra Magazines (all sets).
Step 2: Since you are a beginner, what you are required to do is to take at most three transcriptions a day and do the things as I have mentioned below.
Step 3: Start with Transcription no. 1. Firstly, cover the shorthand materials written in that page and write the passage as written their in shorthand as has been learnt by you through your pitman study.
Step 4: compare what you have written with the shorthand as written in that magazine.
Step 5: Mark out/Highlight the phrases/combined phrases/ advanced phrases and write down them all in a separate copy (make a separate copy for this purpose)
Step 6: Read all those phrases again and again for about half an hour.
Step 7: Rewrite the same english passage in shorthand, this time, try to write those new phrases which you have earlier highlighted.
Step 8: After finishing, please do transcribe it on computer. Please dont underestimate typing.
Step 9: Similarly complete one or two (at most passages)
Step 10: On the next morning, read all those passages which you have written on the last day. But, with the condition, try to read them in reverse.

In this way, complete you first magazine. With consistency, it would hardly take about ten to eleven days to finish the first magazine.

What you should do after that, I will convey through other videos of mine.
Till then, be regular with this practice.

Even those, who have completed a few magazines, may follow this practice and you will surely see some amazing results.
