LOVELAND, Ohio (WKRC) - Ohio State Highway Patrol released video from a high-speed chase and crash in Loveland Monday.
It started when an Ohio State trooper clocked Tyree Elliott going 101 miles-per-hour on I-275. He continued speeding and refused to pull over.
Elliott then got off on Loveland Madeira Road and continued to East Kemper Road where he crossed a set of railroad tracks, lost control, struck a guardrail and overturned into a tree.
He was trapped for a short time before first responders were able to get him out. He was then flown by medical helicopter to the hospital.
Elliott is now out of the hospital. OSP says it will provide evidence to the prosecutor and wait for a grand jury to determine charges.
The Cincinnati man's license was already suspended and he had open warrants.
