So after some time I fix my problem (actually it was fixed after tree days I post previous video) but I have some Windows problem and I have to reinstall whole windows and all programs and games (which takes some time).
Also, I had problem with a one windows update which supposedly is required for this but I had many problems, crashes and mostly I have to use hard restart which is not acceptable so I delete that update and now the game is mostly stable but I'm still testing it.
