PNR PT INKA DMU 8101 and 8102 were the first of the 8100 series to be replaced with new horns from Rotem DMUs and also both of their cowcatchers on the northbound cabs were removed during around October 2020.
But recently, this July 2021, the cowcatchers of northbound cabs of 8101 (MeC-1) and 8102 (MeC-3) were already returned but with some minor modifications made on it.
