The COOP reinvents the legacy of the COOP Alsace !
In the centre of the Deux-Rives / Zwei-Ufer project, the COOP is a district like no other in Strasbourg. It will offer Deux-Rives inhabitants a centre for culture, business, citizen participation and neighbourhood services (such as mobility), while boosting the city’s attractiveness.
During a century, the COOP was the iconic headquarter of the COOP Alsace's network of supermarkets. Thanks to the work led by the architect, urban planner and landscape artist Alexandre Chemetoff and the different stakeholders from the district, the COOP reinvents itself and becomes the city's source of cooparative culture.
