Aim for slightly elevated corners near a wall, maybe easier when you can wedge yourself between an object and the wall you want to breach. Sprint forward, Attack (you'll jumpkick if you have unlocked the Sprint Attack ability in the Skill Tree, only requires 8 skill points from the start), then release Forward and use the Fishing Rope while in the air (unlocked when building the Fishing Hut in your settlement right after you arrive in England). Then repeatedly aim South while you're on the ground to breach through the wall (sometimes it's not even needed you'll go straight through).
