UPDATE 12/15/2022: On my recent trip to Baja Mexico my truck suffered some damage to the bed rails due to a failure of the ReTrax Tonneau Cover that this rack attaches to. The clamps securing the Tonneau cover to the bed rails had vibrated off or ripped up causing some damage. This was due to the constant vibrations and high speed off-roading in very harsh terrain. The Xtrusion rack remained very solid, and I still think this is an awesome product for the majority of overland enthusiasts. Always use caution and be aware of the limitations of your gear based on your own driving style and use case.
