Let's just make Wanda the bad guy
HOW DOCTOR STRANGE AND THE MULTIVERSE OF MADNESS GOT MADE
After WandaVision, we got to learn a lot more about the character of Wanda Maximoff in the MCU. Yes, it is well known from the Marvel comics that Wanda is destined to become the Scarlet Witch, so it was not a surprise that darker parts of her character were explored in the Disney plus series, but, at least in the WandaVision show, it was handled with a fair amount of nuance and depth. In the Dr Strange 2 movie though, they needed a villain, and they apparently needed one fast. So here's a look at how that decision got made... probably.
