Danny boy said he doesn’t like scallops, and he decides to tell me after the fact. Now I can 100% remember times where he has sucked down some scallops. Even though he claims to not like scallops he continuously lies to me and says it’s good, so sometimes I guess it’s good to lie. Since he lied to me I had to wash down his sinful mouth with some raspberry chocolate chip ice cream. Squeeze two limes and some salt on the scallops right after cutting then make the aqua Chile and let it soak(uhh) for at least an hour. Hit the scallops and avocado with some rock salt before serving.

- 1/4 Lb Bay Scallops
- 4 Limes Juiced
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- 2 Tomatillos
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1 Avocado
- 1 Hot House Cucumber
- Tostadas
The Salad
- Mixed Greens
- 1 Corn
- 1 Bunch Cilantro
- Pickled Onions
- Pico De Gallo (1 Tomato, Half Onion, 1 Jalapeño, 1 Bunch Cilantro, 2 Limes)
- Toasted Pepita Seeds
- 1 Radish
- Queso Fresco
- Pickled Jalapeños
Salad Dressing
- 1 Cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp Dry Oregano
- 1 Garlic Clove
