Here is a visual of the 306 running from Acton Vale to Fulham, Sand's End via Askew Road, Hammersmith, West Kensington and Fulham Broadway.

This route was created on the 7th December 2019, as part of a wider series of changes in West London meant for Crossrail's full opening, oh wait... The changes still went ahead and was meant to provide new links to Acton Main Line. I don't personally think the changes were smart because they could have extended the 306 to the old 70 stand in Acton, retaining a double decker link to Hammersmith. But when has TfL ever been logical!
