This workout consists of 6 tennis footwork drills:
1. Split Steps
2. Lateral Hops
3. Figure 8s
4. Low Lateral Shuffles
5. Pick Up Feet (Over objects)
6. Split Step to Front Step
You will follow along and do this with me for 3 rounds. 40 Seconds each move with a 20 second rest.
