Las Vegas has the ultimate buffets! The glitz and grandeur of the Vegas buffets sets the standard but along with it comes the high price tag. However, here in the Los Angeles County area, there's a little spot called San Gabriel Valley where you'll find some amazing Chinese food and great buffets as well ...all offering tremendous value.
Here in San Gabriel Valley, I was happy to find the ultimate buffet! At Happy AYCE Hot Pot, they bring all three great culinary styles together! The Buffet, the Hot Pot, and the Dim Sum Service are all offered together for your unlimited AYCE feast! And the cost? It's only $20 without the dim sum, and add an extra $5 for unlimited dim sum.
I am quite impressed with this experience. Dim sum was well done and made fresh. The buffet, while modest, had all that you need... Great roasted pork, comforting fried rice and noodles, and all the traditional Chinese dishes from dumplings and stir-frys, to the must try salt and pepper crispy chicken wings.
Then the main part, the hot pot! The base tier provides an amazing array of meats, veggies, seafood, but if you want to go higher end, they even have American Wagyu beef at the highest tier offering...and of course, it's all you can eat as well!
