Waffle House cheese 'n eggs, cheesy eggs as done in their training video (see link below). They use an aluminum fry pan and a cast iron skillet. Today we're using a Visions V-6 skillet and a Corning Ware P-83-B skillet. Sharing :)
Note: These two pans are thrift shop finds. I would not normally use metal utensils in my visions or corning ware.
