Recipe -
Veg. Burmese Khow Suey
Cooking Time: 45-50 Minutes
Calories: Approx. 400/Serving.
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Ginger
1/2 Cup Garlic
1 Onion
1 TBSP Cooking Oil
1 TBSP Red Chilly Powder
1 TBSP Haldi (Turmeric Powder)
1 TBSP Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder)
1 TBSP Dhaniya (Coriander Powder)
Salt to taste
1 Cup Coconut Milk
1/2 Cup Carrots
1/2 Cup Beans
1/2 Cup Cauliflower
1 TBSP Gur (Jaggery)
1 Bowl Boiled Noodles
Garnishing:
Peanuts
Fried Rice
Burnt Garlic
Red Chilly Flakes
Fried Onions
Spring Onions
Regular Onions
Dhaniya Leaves (Coriander Leaves)

Recipe:
To make the Ginger-Garlic Paste:
(You can skip this step and can buy a packet of Ginger-Garlic Paste from the market)
Take Ginger, Garlic and onions and blend them for 5 minutes in the blender. Heat oil in a heating pan and add the hot oil to the ginger garlic paste. To this paste, add some Red chilly powder, Haldi (Turmeric Powder), Jeera Powder (Cumin Powder), Dhaniya Powder (Coriander Powder) and a pinch of salt. Mix the paste. Put the paste on to the frying pan and cook it for 10 minutes. After this add coconut milk to form a curry. To the curry, add carrots, beans, cauliflower, Gur (Jaggery), A pinch of salt.
Take some boiled noodles in a plate and add the curry to the plate of noodles. Garnish with Peanuts, Fried Rice, Burnt Garlic, Red Chilly Flakes, Fried Onions, Spring Onions, Regular Onions, Dhaniya Leaves (Coriander Leaves), Lemon .
Your plate of delicious Burmese Khow Suey is ready!
