This partner workout contains several body weight partner exercises, that you can try with a friend or significant other! If you want to workout with a partner this is the routine for you! This partner workout contains 3 exercises with beginner, intermediate and advanced modifications.
For each of the partner exercises, shoot for 6 – 8 repetitions and 2 – 3 rounds if you are able. While some of these body weight partner exercises are difficult, you can work up to them using the modifications provided.
