The DOJ just filed with the Supreme Court it’s Opposition to Trump’s Application to Vacate the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals Order Granting the Motion for Partial Stay returning the 100 classified records back to the DOJ. The DOJ will also be filing its overall Appeal of Judge Aileen Canon’s September 5 Order asserting equitable jurisdiction over the Trump search warrant matter on October 14, 2022.
