This is Redfeather from Grep Haxs in this Kdenlive video we
show how to use the Zone In and Zone Out function .
In our example we show how the Zone In and Zone Out can be a project
saver for Kdenlive especially after many man or woman hours have been spent in production .
The Zone In and Zone Out features are located within the project
monitor of Kdenlive .
Once placing the Zone In and Zone Out it puts a blue like line upon
the ruler of the Kdenlive time line .
We explain this blue line represents the start and finish of the video and once
clicking render at the bottom of the render window in Kdenlive select Render Zoned Area .
The video we used in our example for the Kdenlive Zone In and Zone Out had
experienced a problem .
After adding a speed effect then making a cut the end of the video on the
Kdenlive time line disappeared .
Although Kdenlive did in some way recognize the video was present we
explain how to replace the video so as to finish the project .
By utilizing the Kdenlive Zone In and Zone Out this eliminates starting over or
another render to get rid of what most likely would end up as blank end video .
