Beaten eggs 3

Oil 3 tbsp
Chicken (boneless strips) 500 g
Capsicum (julienne) 1 cup
Carrot (julienne) 1 cup
Cabbage (julienne) 1 cup
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Chili sauce 2 tbsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Boiled rice 3 cups
Green onion (chopped) as required
Scrambled eggs
Directions for Scrambled Eggs Preparation:
1. In a pan heat oil and add beaten eggs. Scramble until fully done. Set aside.
Directions for Chicken Fried Rice Preparation:
2. In a wok heat oil and add chicken. Cook until chicken changes color.
3. Add capsicum, carrot, cabbage and cook for 2-3 mins. Now add soy sayce, chili sauce, garlic powder, black pepper powder, salt, white pepper powder and cook for 3-4 mins.
4. Add boiled rice and toss it well. Add green onion, scrambled eggs and give them a good mix.
5. Dish them out and garnish with green onion. Your Restaurant Style Chicken Fried Rice are ready.
