INGREDIENTS:
Gram flour 1/2 cup
Rice flour 1/4 cup
Green chilli 2 pieces
Parsley 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Black cumin 1/2 tsp
Water as required
Thick mixture
Salt to taste
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Mix well
2 raw banana
Cut into thin slices
Salt to taste
Turmeric pinch of
Flour 1 tbsp
Mix well
Dip into gram flour mixture
Fry until golden brown
