I am completely hooked by archery. I bought my first bow about 2 months ago. I've been shooting about 4-5 days a week. I had been waiting for this event for weeks. A 3D shoot, is an archery competition where you are aiming at foam animal decoys. Each shot is a little different. The animal, distance, and shooting angles are never the same. It is a lot of fun. It simulates a real shooting scenario much more than just punching paper targets at the range.
The Riverside Archers hold 3D shoots often. I will be going back in a couple of weeks for the next.
