Colombia's capital joins a network of cities from around the globe as a member of the World Cities Culture Forum. It's the fourth became Latin American city to join the collaborative network. The initiative started by the mayor of London to highlight how culture can impact and create a sustainable urban future. CCTV America's Michelle Begue reports.
