Today I show you how to make The El Diablo. This cocktail was created by Trader Vic in 1946 as the Mexican El Diablo. Its name was changed yo El Diablo in 1968. This easy to drink cocktail is perfect for anytime of the year.

EL DIABLO
1.5 oz/45 ml Reposado Tequila
.75 oz/22.5 ml Lime Juice
.75 oz/22.5 ml Creme de Cassis
2 oz/60 ml Ginger Ale
Method
1. Add first three ingredients into the shaker tin.
2. Shake with Ice for 10-15 seconds.
3. Pour into Collins glass with fresh ice.
4. Top with Ginger Ale.
5. Garnish with a lime wedge.
