Deeper within the forest, Ashley happens across a showdown between Sydney and Grissom, and is told several more things that he doesn't entirely believe. Or at the very least, he doesn't want to believe them.
(For the record, I love Sydney's line about Rosencrantz here - it proves he's got a nasty sense of humor. :D)
