STORYLINE:
Cindy Williams, who played Shirley opposite Penny Marshall's Laverne on the popular sitcom "Laverne & Shirley," has died.

Williams' family said in statement Monday that she died in Los Angeles Wednesday after a brief illness. She was 75.
