Cacao fruit to Chocolate Bar | Cacao Farm Tour in Hawaii
Last week in Oahu, Hawaii I got to visit a cacao farm to see where chocolate, specifically craft chocolate comes from. I always love going on cultural travel tours, foodie travel tours, and learn about local businesses.
Since Hawaii is the only US state that grows cacao and can make single-origin chocolate from fresh cacao pods, I had to go taste this hawaii chocolate and hawaiian cacao.
Coming from a business background, I dug deeper into how to start a cacao farm, how to start a chocolate business and the entire supply chain from cacao tree to chocolate bar.
