This is an awesome display of the power of Nature. The night in Iceland is quiet until the fissure eruption suddenly starts. The Sky turns orange as numerous volcanic fountains shoot large amounts of lava. There is a nearby town that is more like a ghost town due to a multitude of eruptions this year. There is also a popular vacation area called the Blue Lagoon and a power plant in the area. All people were safely evacuated.
