Counting calories is often one of the most tedious parts of trying to mange your weight, be it weight gain, weight loss, or just weight maintenance. But scientific research has shown that calories, as a measurement, is one of the better tools for managing weight due since it pertains to energy measurement, which relates directly to our stored energy of bodyfat.
But even though calories no doubt have a role in weight loss, it doesn't mean that absolutely have to track calories all the time. In fact, many have lost weight without tracking a single calories their whole lives! So in this video, we're going to talk about some strategies you can use to help you do just that and finally ditch your calorie counting app once and for all.
