One of the best parts about being a hunter is being able to create recipes from the harvest. The field to table life is something we really value. We like to experiment and change things up. Today we made Moose sausage done two ways. We made Jalapeño honey garlic and Italian. Both turned out amazing and will be used for the months to come.
