Rocket Lab’s Electron launch vehicle launched the “The Owl’s Night Continues” mission, the StriX-β satellite for Synspective’s synthetic aperture radar (SAR) constellation, from Launch Complex 1 on Mahia Peninsula, New Zealand, on 28 February 2022, at 20:22 UTC (1 March, at 09:35 NZDT). The mission is Rocket Lab’s 24th Electron launch overall. This is the first launch from Rocket Lab’s second launch pad, Pad B, at Launch Complex 1.
