In this positive new era for the ERA, women of color are leading the momentum as elected officials and advocates. Hear about the on-the-ground experiences of black and Latina women who have brought the movement to its current threshold, including Pat Spearman, Nevada state senator; Jennifer McClellan, Virginia state senator; Carla Cunningham, North Carolina state representative; Hala Ayala, Virginia delegate; and others. Moderated by Carol Robles-Román, co-president and CEO of the ERA Coalition and the Fund for Women's Equality.
