A not so common sight of one of St John's ambulances Land Rover Freelander's seen here responding over Lambeth bridge and towards St Thomas's Hospital. The same man in this vehicle came out in a childrens intensive care ambulance on blues a few minutes later so he was probably rushing to the hospital to pick an ambulance up. I do not know what the role of this vehicle is so any information would be great!
