Description: Adolescents and young adults are experiencing fast-growing rates of opioid overdose and hospitalization, yet have the lowest rates of access to treatment. In this session, CA Bridge will share learnings from its small pilot to improve access to MAT for young people (ages 12 to 26). Presenters will share their experience in coalition-building to reach vulnerable youth and answer questions about dosing and consent considerations when treating patients under 18.
