It takes less than 10 mins to make & it’s always a hit!

All you’ll need is:

- Baguette
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Tomatoes
- Basil
- Baby mozzarella balls

Toast the bread for 2 mins to start, then a further few minutes until the cheese is melty.
