Marinated Basmati 10 mins:
Basmati rice: 240ml
Salt: ½ tsp
Curry powder: 1 Tbsp
Grinded Baisl leaves: 1 tsp
Onion powder: 1 tsp
Garlic powder: 1 tsp
Dark soy sauce: 1 tsp
Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive oil: tbsp
Soaked marinated rice at least 1 hr with 250ml water.
Cooked the rice (with marinated water) open at high power till it is soft! Add hot water if needed!
When the water is nearly evaporated, add 3 tsp chilli jam (option: use butter) baked at low power with cover for 20 mins! Done!
