The Series DX knife gate valve is offered in 3-24" sizes. Elastomer seats protect all metal parts of the valve from contact with the media and provides bi-directional drop-tight shutoff and is a 100% full port design. The valve discharges slurry with each cycle. The DX valve has no packing box; instead, a wiper blade at the top of the valve cleans the gate with each stroke and prevents leakage from the top of the body.
The valve features field replaceable elastomer seats and gates. The slot at the bottom of the valve discharges slurry with each cycle to prevent slurry build-up in the seat area.
Numerous gate material options are available to handle your specific material requirements - from various stainless steels, to hastelloy, to titanium.
There are many actuation options available from handwheel operated, handwheel operated with bevel gear, hydraulic, electric, and pneumatic.
