Kapuluan Vista Resort Restaurant Blue Lagoon Pagudpud Ilocos Norte. Their restaurant serves an international selection of food on a one page menu. The lunch and dinner food is not spectacular but their northern Luzon longanisa was superb. They also have happy hour from 5PM-8PM. Go for their specialty drink Alma's Margarita! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for travellers to the Blue Lagoon.
