Absolutely amazing and unique Lahori Chargha Recipe, this is Chargha without Oven in Pressure Cooker and the special thing about it is the way it is marinated and also it's a Chargha without Oil, no frying at all.

Ingredients:

Whole Chicken: 1400 gms
Initial Marination:
Vinegar 2 tablespoon
Salth 1.5 teaspoon
Second Marination:
Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
Peprika powder 1 tablespoon
Black Pepper powder 1 teaspoon (or according to taste)
Salt 0.5 teaspoon
Mustard Powder 2 teaspoon
Red Chilly flakes 2 teaspoon (or according to taste)
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder 1 tablespoon

Method:
Pierce holes into the chicken and make slits for better marination.
Apply vinegar and salt mixture all over the chicken.
Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Combine remaining spices in the vinegar mixture and apply it to the chicken.
Cook the chicken in a pressure cooker without water for 30 minutes on low flame.
Finish cooking by turning the flame to high for 5 minutes.
Open the pressure cooker and marvel at the beautifully cooked Lahori Charga.
Serve hot and enjoy the tender and flavorful chicken.

Ensure the butcher doesn't separate the chicken legs.
Use a fork to pierce holes and a brush for applying vinegar.
