This box was stuck in the mail for a week and I was worried about the health of the plants!
There was definitely some leaves lost and a whole plant is now a stump with roots but I'm hoping I can save it!!! 🤞

✨UPDATE: I had emailed ecuagenera as DPD were telling me they couldn’t update me but could update them (I know, doesn’t make sense to me either) so I had asked ecuagenera to contact DPD. By the time they did, the parcel had been delivered, so they emailed me to check that was correct and I told them that yeah it has been delivered but the gigi was in bad shape. They requested a photo which I sent and they’ve said they will replace the gigi in my next order! I wasn’t expecting that to be honest and I am happy to accept as I was planning on ordering again (I want more anthurium 🤣)… so I have placed another order and the replacement gigi has been added free of charge… shout out to Ronald from ecuagenera who has been a gem 💎 at answering my emails promptly! ✨
