Through superb craftsmanship and state-of-the-art manufacturing equipment, we have helped our client achieve its goal of recycling plastics.

The plastic pelletizing plant utilizes state-of-the-art production technology to efficiently process waste plastics into granular materials. This plastic granulating plant typically includes process steps such as material conveying, crushing, washing, drying, extruding, cooling and cutting.

First, the waste plastics are collected and fed into a plastic crusher for shredding to obtain appropriately sized pieces. Next, the plastic fragments undergo cleaning and drying to prepare them for subsequent steps.

Subsequently, these fragments are heated and extruded through the plastic pelletizer. During the extrusion process, the plastics are heated and extruded through the plastic extruder to form a continuous column of plastic that is cooled down by a cold water tank. Finally, the continuous material is cut using the plastic cutting machine into plastic pellets of the desired length, making them suitable for storage and transportation.
