INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup / 50g butter, softened at room temperature
20g granulated sugar
2 tbsp melon syrup
100g flour
4 dinner rolls
DIRECTIONS:
Combine butter , sugar and melon syrup and cream together until smooth. Add in flour and mix until a dough starts to form. Divide into 4 portions. Take one portion into your hands and roll into a ball. Flatten in the palm of your hand. Coat one side with granulated sugar. Place over the dinner roll, pressing down to cover the entire top. Make a crisscross pattern with a knife. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes at 190C/370F. Enjoy!
