This clip taken from the BBC documentary 'The Miners Strike' includes an interviews with the Neil Kinnock and coal miners who refused to go on strike to explain the impact of the decision of the NUM not to hold a ballot and how it undermined support. It also contains interviews with other survivors form this important turning point in Modern British History.
