I noticed he does Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) not Deadlifts, chest not fully to the ground with the push-ups, couple of kipping swings instead of pull-ups, the dead clean is the worst I've ever seen, box jumps were more like a little tap with the toes, not hips fully extended feet on the platform blah blah blah, so I figured what the 'F', this video should be called "The Official FULL Length 300 Challenge - 300 Movie" and get 1 million views :-)
I'm not taken away from the fitness and looks of the guy in the other video, just saying if you title your video like that, you really can't have a dead clean THAT_BAD!
I'm not saying everything in my video is perfect either, when I look at the video I can see there are some adjustments to be made and I will make them, trust me there will be a part III to this.
